1. Who we are

Verso Concept Production Ltd (“Verso”, “we”, “us”) is an event production and logistics firm based in Mauritius. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@versoprod.com or +230 5709 3430.

2. What data we collect

• Information you give us — when you submit the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), event type and the message you write.
• Technical information — when a form is submitted, our server records the submission’s date, time and originating IP address for security and to keep a record of your enquiry.
• Anti-spam data — Google reCAPTCHA collects device and usage signals to tell humans from bots (see section 5).

With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (see section 5). We do not use advertising tracking, and we do not build marketing profiles about you.

3. How and why we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal for your event.
• To keep a record of enquiries and communicate with you about your request.
• To protect the website and form from spam, fraud and abuse.

Our lawful bases under the Data Protection Act 2017 are your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing our website.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as necessary to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see section 7).

5. Cookies & similar technologies

This site uses a minimal set of technologies:

• Consent preference — we store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again on every visit. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Google reCAPTCHA — on our contact page, Google sets cookies and reads device signals to protect the form from bots. This is essential to keeping the form secure. reCAPTCHA is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Google Fonts — fonts are requested from Google’s servers to display the site’s typography.
• Google Analytics — if you accept the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). Analytics cookies (such as _ga) are only set after you accept; if you decline, they stay off. Analytics data is processed by Google under its Privacy Policy.

We do not set advertising cookies, and analytics cookies are set only with your consent. You can accept or decline the cookie notice shown on your first visit, and you can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking reCAPTCHA may prevent the contact form from working.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. It is handled by Verso staff dealing with your enquiry and by the service providers named above (Google, for reCAPTCHA, Fonts and Analytics) and our website host, which processes data on our behalf. We may disclose data if required by law.

7. Your rights

Under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 you have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@versoprod.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office of Mauritius (dataprotection.govmu.org).

8. Security

We protect your data with measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, same-origin request checks, rate limiting, spam protection and restricted access to enquiry records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Please review this page periodically.
